Artist Biography

Yesko is a fine art photographer and conceptual filmmaker based in Maryland, fulfilling their BFA at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design located in Lancaster, PA. Whilst interested in all photographic forms, Yesko’s work consists of primarily self-portraiture and constructed imagery, as a means to communicate emotionally to the viewer, often disturbing the peace of everyday life and breaking societal norms.

Yesko has had the opportunity to be a part of the Red Rose International Film Festival’s Internship Program in Lancaster, PA. Helping the community of Lancaster to connect around the globe with the love of art and filmmaking. They were able to collaborate and communicate with multiple artists of different mediums as well as be a part of the official jury for the festival for the Student Film Selection.
